Location

That the room wasn't ready until 2:55pm. I felt like if I got there for check in at 230pm it should have been ready. This was the first time ever. There were these irritating green flashing lights on the wall blinking all night. It was a distraction from my sleep.

Great location! And the staff were. very helpful and kind. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable and it was very spacious!

The room was a King Suite; however, the shower curtain rod was broken and the fridge was off it’s platform and very unstable.

I have stayed in several other properties in the Clemson area, and this one so far has been the quietest, which is important to us for a good sleeping environment. The staff were nice, unobtrusive, everything was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was just ok, but was not a priority for us.

Room was a good size. Breakfast wasn’t bad especially since it’s included in the price.

The microwave did not work.

I liked the location of the property in comparison to other hotels and easy accessibility to surrounding areas.

I greatly did not appreciate having discover bed bugs in my bed and leaving red marks on my skin. I was completely disgusted with that and the guest services person , Richard, was barely of any help. he just threw his hands in the air and said “ usually they don’t take that long to get you,” of which he is referring to the fact we were staying for 5 days and we didn’t realize until the third (3rd) day the reoccurring red marks and itchiness we were experiencing because of the bed bugs.

We would have liked glasses for our wine that we brought with us.

The beds were very hard. Not comfortable.
