Everything was excellent, staff were very friendly and our room was lovely. Breakfast was very good.

It was very clean. The breakfast was great and the lady doing the breakfast was very sweet and helpful. The staff at the front desk were nice as well.

The room had terribly loud interstate traffic noise because of its location immediately alongside the interstate. Poor site planning. On arrival sign at check-in desk said they were gone for 15 minutes. Really? Are they running a hotel? Upon her return (this is 7:30 pm) clerk acknowledged our room was on loud end of hotel ( I had seen previous complaints) but impossible to switch us to quieter room because we booked with Booking.com. Toilet seat was falling off. Surely maid should have caught that --- unless they don't clean the toilets.

my stay on was October 8 and credit card hold still has not been released from my account and I was charged twice for two rooms and they other room hold was charged and not credited back…again for no reason

The location was great! Taco Bell, Hardee's and gas stations were right there in walking distance. Oh my this place is so beautiful! Our room was sooo clean and smelled soo good!! We had a double queen beds and they were so comfortable!! We really enjoyed our stay! When I come back to Fort Valley, GA this will be the place to stay!!
