Have nothing I need good to say about this place

This place denied me and my family from buying a room even though they charged me 4 times for a room and still somehow couldn't find my payment

I like everything the staff are amazing! Kudos to Whitney with the warm welcoming!

Fijne, comfortabele, stille kamer. Ook vriendelijk personeel.

Er is niets tegengevallen. Realiseer wel dat er in de de directe omgeving niet zo veel te doen is. Maar met een auto zit je zo in de natuurparken voor een mooie walking trail.

Very clean and mostly quiet room. Great breakfast and great breakfast personnel.

Check in clerk was not very knowledgeable about Booking.com process and payment. She also spoke so low I could not hear her most of the time. Took almost 15 minutes to check in and she could not print me a bill when we were leaving.

The hotel was having problems with TV remotes.

I stayed there for three nights and wanted to leave as soon as I got there. When I arrived my room was already canceled because it was after midnight. They had me down as a no show when on my reservation I stated will be arriving late due to me traveling from Texas. Reservation was reinstated. Went to my room it had a smell and rust on all things metal room 202 or 2002 all the way at the end of the hall. I didn’t complain at all. I checked in early Friday morning. Friday afternoon the tv stopped working but we were leaving so I didn’t worry much about it may be an outage. Friday night coming back to the room tv was still not working. I asked front desk if I can check out (it was too much) early and how much I would be charged and he stated full amount since I booked through a third party so I stayed. I called front desk and they said maintenance will come in the morning. Saturday morning around 11 I called front desk again to see what time they were coming and was informed maintenance hadn’t come in and I don’t have to be there. Then was given the option to change rooms. I changed rooms and stayed the rest of my reservation but I will not stay there again.

tv had lines , we were on the top floor and we are senior citizens ! the toilet was broken we had to fix it ! they were kids running done the hall and slamming doors all night ! and then the breakfast was horrible both morning ! the staff was not attentive to having to keeping the food filled ! even when I asked about it ! it was not a good time at all !
