There were roaches in the bathroom top of the shower

I always like the place. its quiet and a convenient location. staff is nice. I had messed up on my dates when making the initial reservation and they fixed it without issue and did not charge me.

I was q little disappointed i didn't get my usual room upstairs but thats nobody's fault. the toilet wasn't real clean in this room. next time I will be sure to request my usual room. I assumed with booking.com I was getting the same room.

The room was dirty. The carpet and floor I walked with my Sox were filled with dirt. The toilet made a noise all night long as if it was filling up, and the refrigerator kept me up all night also with an awful noise. I went to talk to the front desk early in the morning about concerns. The gentleman said I would get another room. I contacted the front desk around 3 pm to get a new key for the new room. I spoke with the manager. She was insulting and disrespectful, and she said they had no rooms available and there was nothing she could do but give me a 10% discount. I tried to explain but could not get through to her. She said I should have unplugged the fridge if it was making noise. I have a video with the noise that I showed the guy in the morning, but I guess it was not enough. I guess you get what you pay for.

Rooms where awesome beds are comfortable.. gym, lots of semi parking spots.

Very dirty

The room was great! Eventhough I was there to make funeral arrangements, I had a very nice stay.The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The staff were very friendly and it was overall a quiet comfortable stay. I would highly recommend. I had read previous reviews about the free breakfast, so I wasn't expecting a lot. They had a decent selection: fruit, cereal- both hot and cold, toast, frozen waffles, juice. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

I found that my card was overcharged!!!!! I was told my bill was $163.18, yet my card was charged $238.18!!!! I travel with an ESA. The Pet area was quite terrible and an excessive amount of cigarette butts through out. It was raining during my visit, and there was a structure to stand under while dog does business. I believe it was for smoking because the rooms were all No Smoking. However, people's butts were everywhere. I can't place all the blame on the establishment because receptacles were available. Not a deal breaker though.

Beds were too soft (like a marshmallow), Pillows were like chunks Of styrofoam ( not Comfortable at all. There was a lot of space from the bottom of the door to the floor, (probably from removing carpet and replacing flooring with tiles.

I did not eat breakfast there. I went to the Waffle House next door. There is none in California.

I had to unplug the refrigerator it woke me up.

The staff was very kind, helpful, and didn't hesitate to go above and beyond to make the stay perfect! I'll definitely be back!

The breakfast choices were either a yogurt or a frozen burrito or a peanut butter and jam pot pie thing….

The room was super clean and nicely remodeled with laminate floor and a very comfy bed. This is an exceptional value and a great place to stay!
