I was right around the corner from the James Arena center. Plus when we went down for breakfast we was past our time but the lady over the kitchen (Shawnte) went above and beyond to make sure we got fed before we got back on the road. I locked my key up in my room and left some of my belongings while packing so the lady at the front desk (Kelly) made sure I got back in my room to finish getting my belongings . Great customer services on both ladies behalf!

The lady Ms.Shawnte who was there at our check in was Awesome!!! She made us feel so welcomed and the energy was great!!! She is a valuable asset to the company!!!

I rented a suite because my wife and I both snore. However, the sofa bed did not contain a mattress. So I had to sleep on the couch curled up. A most unpleasant sleep.

not well maintained, bathtub was cracked, not very clean. hallway going to room had coffee spilled on the floor near elevator that wasn’t cleaned up my four not stay, room was poorly cleaned

It was a return stay. Excellent services and friendliest staff ever!

They gave me a room exactly where I asked. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good with a variety of things to choose from.
The parking. It was people that working in the area that took up 2 parks that would be close to the door. They even had people that was parking on the grass.

Breakfast was good. Except we arrived there at 8:00am and there was no coffee. There was no body around to refill it. i looked for the men and they were outside. So I went in the kitchen and got more coffee.
It was rather warm in the hallways, but the rooms were nice and cool.
I noticed their fruit water in the lobby was available and looked inviting, except when I came down the next morning, it was still there from the night before. Not very inviting.

The bed was comfortable. AC worked great. Shower pressure was good.
Our room was not available at the 3:00 check in time. We were finally checked in at 3:30. The hotel has charged my card since checkout for the total amount of the room even though Booking. com charged my card the week before my stay. This has caused me many issues. At breakfast the juice and milk ran out. The workers never refilled them.

rooms smelt like wet dog. don’t know if it was because they just cleaned the rooms or what but the carpets were even wet when we walked into the room.

Breakfast was more than expected. All food was freshly cooked, and tasty. Many options available. Fresh fruit, yogurt, make your own pancakes, oatmeal, and omelets.

AC filter was completely stopped up and the tub drain would not stay popped up for the water to drain. Had to use razor handle to wedge it open.

All night constant banging and sound of running back and forth all the way into the next morning slamming doors repeated loud noises coming from bathroom wall.
