Que estaba cerrado el Jacuzzi y la piscina eso nos decepciona mucho.

Good location for Hoover Dam and staying just outside of Las Vegas at a more affordable cost on a Saturday night. Spacious comfortable room. Reasonable breakfast. Within walking distance of restaurants/ bars.

Paper thin walls so could easily hear people in next room talking.

Breakfast was very good. Check-In staff was excellent (Name starts with a T)

First bed was not suitable for a good sleep Bathtub drained slow Coffee maker didn’t work (own a Kuerig) Bible is no longer available in BW’s, 79% of motels have them currently

Gute Lage zum Hoover Dam und Lake Mead Area

In der Buchung war Frühstück inbegriffen. Auf amerikanisches Frühstück waren wir ja eingestellt, aber dieses Frühstück hat auch mit einem durchschnittlichen, amerikanischen Frühstück nichts gemeinsam und sollte sich nicht Frühstück nennen. Man konnte auswählen zwischen Frühstücksriegeln, Tütenmüsli und tiefgefrorenen, abgepackten Mini-Burgern, die man sich noch in der Mikrowelle auftauen musste. Das gab es dann in Tüten verpackt an der Reception. Lediglich der Automatenkaffee konnte man trinken.

We never figured out that there was a 3rd blackout curtain so we had no privacy all night. Shampoo was empty.

The room itself was fine, nice and comfortable. Parking ok, close to our room. Small fitness room was fine.

Overall impression was destroyed by disasterous breakfast. Scandalous! Worst ever seen. Frozen food and microwave. Lady at reception told us breakfast is 7-10am. On a second day of our stay, we came for a breakfast 8:55 and the breakfast room was locked, we were told the breakfast is already over. I was very disappointed about the rude tone of the lady. This was far below BW standards.

They haven’t completed the kitchen , so breakfast was just microwavable items.The Southwest Cafe across the street had great breakfast.

Large rooms with comfy beds and good bathrooms.

Kitchen was being refurbished and therefore breakfast was simply a grab and go, which I didn’t know at the time of booking. This was hugely disappointing

Bed was horrible. Surprised any descent property would use such cheap mattresses. The elevator to the second floor (where the breakfast room was) was not working. I am on oxygen and the stairs where very difficult for me. We were told at the front desk there was a hot breakfast. After negotiating the stairs I was told the kitchen wasn’t finished yet and was offered a microwaveable burrito. Worst place we stayed by far in our two week trip from Canada to Hoover Dam.

there was nothing in the name of the breakfast.Elevator wasn’t working we had to carry our luggage using stairs.Staff didn’t care the customers at all. They have no value for customers.

We were close to Hoover Dam for a tour. Nice city. Lots to do & see. Enjoyed our stay.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The location was close to the Hoover Dam.

The breakfast was only a few breakfast sandwiches that they run out of fast. It was an old motel that they turned into a hotel. The bathroom counter had hair on it. The corners on the floors were dirty. The beds were super hard. The room had a bad smell. Ice machine on our floor was broke.

The room was comfortable. The pool hours were great. The staff was super helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was that the floor was dirty.

The pleasure staff. Nice and comfortable room. Everything you need in the bathroom. I recommend this hotel.

I did not like when we did come for the breakfast and actually there was no any breakfast because of the ownership policy, whatever… like we did pay for that but we did not have it. Not a big deal but l did not like as when l did check in no one informed me about that soo….that was not nice

Great location to dam

Breakfast was Jimmy Dean frozen sandwich to make in your room. Hot tub broken. Pool freezing. Items stolen.

Room was OK, with old plumbing and noisy, wasteful AC units. Breakfast was OK, smaller than expected and much more limited in choices, but nice people.

All of the AC units' blasting heat to the exterior made walking past them worse than walking out in the full summer sun.

We were staying on the weekend and we were offered packed breakfast. Unfortunately nothing that I could eat as it was all with dairy. And the hotel did not offer any compensation. So I paid for the breakfast which we couldn't eat.

Good room good breakfast program at local diner. Good food and staff. Clean room and functioning ac and tv.
