The outside was clean.

There was a car parked under the only awning for check-in. I understand that storms can be damaging to some vehicles, but guests should be able to get in to check in. Power was out, again not the fault of the hotel, but there were no signs anyone was at the front desk at all. Due to this uncertainty in the middle of a large storm, we went to a hotel that was operational and had guest access.

Nothing the roof was leaking and the bathroom door was broken took pictures of both they said put a trash can under the roof where it was leaking

No ice machine,fridge in room didn't work, false advertising on breakfast,there wasn't any.

Owners were very nice and friendly and helpful.... motel close to the Coliseum where the event was being held that we were attending...

Bed was very firm.😢 Friday nite company truck with long trailer attached blocked parking spaces to several rooms and could not park close to our rooms...
