Good receptionist. Nice sun shine in our room.
First time we arrived we got a wrong room that was not clean it was not nice to see That. I went downstairs and asked for a clean room. I'm glad we got a clean one ight away. Thank you.

I was employed at Quality Inn some years back as a Friont Desk Clerk, and remembered how hard I tried to make the guests feel so welcomed & comfortable upon their arrival!

Not very much!!!
The bathroom door didn't close and was hitting the shower curtain rod! There was no soap for the shower! The toilet leaked! Found a couple of spiders in the bathroom!! Walls were very thin because we heard a child next door whining and crying!! Shower curtain not quite long enough for the shower!! The remote to the TV quit working and had to be reprogrammed!!We attempted to go through the back door but it was locked! The desk clerk had to come and unlock it! It was left unlocked!! Not the Hotels fault but almost all the restaurants in the area was closed!! People in the back of the Hotel were smoking cigarettes at the back door!!

It was close to light rail, and there was a breakfast
There is no short distance shuttle, IE: to light rail or Walmart and there were a number of sketchy people that made it uncomfortable to be outside of my room even for breakfast.

The bright spot in our stay was Aisa. She always had a smile regardless of the request. She worked hard to ensure that our breakfast was the best it could be.
We had to get our room keys redone almost everyday. I believe the magnetic stripe was worn out and would hold the data. The facilities were worn, things like damaged doors, toilet that leaked on the floor when flushed, no phones in the room, so we had to go to the desk for assistance. There was an old dog turd under the desk that was missed.

I had a great experience with the checking girl and the early morning front desk girl.
My phone died and I forgot the Wall part of the charger and the morning front desk girl charged it for me I was so appreciative. I believe that she does an amazing job she made her breakfast was completely stuck all morning I think she needs a raise I know she's new but I think she needs a raise. She is the only reason that you guys are not getting a horrible review.
My phone died and I asked the overnight front desk girl to see if she had any extra wall chargers or if she could put a charge on it for me just to get a phone number so I could get a ride from the hotel to my destination the next morning and she was not helpful at all she did not help me one single bit. I had to wait till the girl came in in the morning and she helped me no problem.

My reservation request was granted through the online section but in person it was not being handled as it should of. It took 3 hours to get checked in customer service was poor and the room was not cleaned properly

Coffee and food in the morning.
Room was not cleaned either day despite my requesting. Room smelled of smoke which I am allergic to and was very musty. Would have been nice to have more fresh fruit for breakfast. Staff were very lazy and not super helpful with questions - how to get places, etc. I have requested a credit back onto my card and have not received an email yet.

Manager was very good and accommodating went out of her way to please, great lady. Most of other staff I encountered were lazy and did not care. Cold coffe in morning at 4:00. The said the would have fresh at 4am. Did not leave enough towels. Breakfast was all sugar stuff nothing healthy. Hotel needed slot of repairs .
Everything except manager she tried very hard to please.

looked nice on outside, good water pressure.
nothing like the description of the property, different name, none of the same amenities listed. Hallways smelt like marijuana. Continental breakfast was hardly available. when asked about milk or juice was told “there is the price list if you want any!” tried to cancel second night and they refused.
