The staff was wonderful. The restaurant was amazing. The food was fantastic and the staff was great!

The bathroom was NOT clean! There was hair all through the tub and it had a substance on the bottom of the shower that felt very slimy. I told the booking agent we had a truck & trailer, parking was hard.

The breakfast was whisked away at 9.00 a.m. We had just arrived 10 mins earlier. It would have been nice if at least the coffee was available.

Location and parking lot were good. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly. Air conditioner worked great.

Bathroom smelled musty and made whole room smell. Tile floor in bathroom and entry were so sticky I had to use wet towel to “mop” just so I could bear to walk on floor- with shoes! Pieces of moulding were missing and where wall met floor in bathroom was very dirty looking.

The hotel was clean. The woman who checked us in was very helpful. The appearance of the lobby was veryclassy. The University Grille had excellent food and service. Thebed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

We were awakened to the housekeeping staff laughing and making A LOT of noise outside our door while cleaning the rooms around us. It was time to wake up anyway (8:15) but it was uncalled for and very inconsiderate.
