The house was very clean and Lisa showed me around to acquaint me with the house. The pool was very nice and clean, and Gerauld came out to make sure pool was clean and up to standards. He was also very nice, as was Lisa. Boris is a very good host. The house is in a very good location convenient to everything. Great to go out to the lanai, and look out over the lake, It's so relaxing. Lots of wildlife flying and swimming by. This house is wonderful for a very relaxed stay, and close enough to whatever you need to make your time here perfect. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit Port Charlotte or surrounding areas. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Florida. Thank you Boris, Lisa, and Geraud, for making my stay all I could want it to be.

The onlly thing I thing could improve the stay is possibly more kitchen utensils, and a few more pots and pans, including a baking sheet. It would be nice to have more options for the televisions such as cable or satallite. There coud also be a front door light for the times you come in after dark. These would be the only improvements that I would suggest, but other then these, all is great to have a wonderful time spent here.

We really enjoyed the house, pool, the location was key for us. A couple of beaches not to far away and plenty of shops and restaurants as well. Nice quiet community as well. Overall great place to stay! Would recommend to anyone.

A/C issue, but quickly fixed

Location was perfect, serene, on a small lake. Not too close to neighbors, which provided privacy. Nicely appointed, Large, screened pool with plenty of patio furniture for entire family. Not far from Fisherman's Warf.and shopping.
