Location
Needs to be updated. We stayed there 20 years ago and not much changed. Old, out dated.
Front door a mess, needs to be painted.

clean very nice pool area was clean
our bedroom the master bed room was cold when we woke up. we couldn’t find the heat vent. apparently it was in the bathroom so had to ask for a space heater to keep the room warm at night.

so close to everything! beach, coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

Location is great. There are 2 pools, full kitchen and a porch.
We had no hot water for the second day. The reason was that only one water heater was working and Hotel laundry was in same building. Majority of water was used by the laundry. Property manager was frustrated with me when I asked what was going on. We ended up going to the pool showers.

Family was staying at New Seabury so this was nice and close. Very clean and a great little property. The loop was great to walk or run and there is a small path that leads directly to the grocery and liquor stores which was very handy. Kitchen was set up with the basics. Laundry exchange service was easy.
My only two complaints are the air conditioning did not keep the upper bedroom cool and the beds were uncomfortable.

dated 1990’s decor, pillows lumpy, beds are quality but spring mattresses that tend to sink in the middle. slight musty smell in 2 nd bedroom closets ( quite common in the Cape Cod area due to Coastal location but nonetheless bothersome)

It was peacefully quiet.
The drive was longer than expected. It was my fault for not looking it up.

The property was very clean and comfortable. My family had a very memorable mini getaway.
The check out time was 10:00, it was tough getting the kids up
and leave on time. Later check out time would have been appreciated.

Beautiful area and spacious unit
Unit was outdated. Carpet and furniture old, especially the couch which was very uncomfortable as a pull out bed.

Convenient to multiple destinations
Mattress was very soft and not comfortable, pull out couch extremely uncomfortable. Had to put the mattress on the floor to get any sleep.

Great location within walking distance to Mashpee Commons and 10 mins to the beach.
BTW- The water at South Cale Beach is the warmest on the Cape.
The options on-site (mini golf, indoor pool) were fun for the evenings and the value for the size and accommodations are great. Would be very tough to find a better spot during the busy season.
The one negative was the mattress in our unit has hopefully seen it’s last guest. Quite uncomfortable but certainly not a deal breaker.

Spacious, well maintained, exceptionally clean accommodations. Pools are large, sparkling clean, and amenities well maintained. Staff is lovely. Great stay with family.

It was convenient to where I was going.
I couldn’t control the temperature in the unit. I did not get to use the pool because of previous commitments and the timing of in and out of unit. 4 is too late and 10 too early.
