Staff was very professional accommodating. Answered all my questions. Made me feel very welcomed
One issue, I parked in front of main door & had to walk up the brick steps carrying my carryon. It was cumbersome awkward - could’ve fallen

The restaurant/bar was convenient with very nice staff.
I stayed 3 nights while in town for a family event. The first two were fine. On the last one - before I was heading out for 14 hours of travel - the people in the room next door threw a party from 11:30-3:15. This party was so loud you could hear it clearly from the reception desk, so imagine what it was like in the room. There was a fire drill during this time. The party was louder than the fire drill (they didn't exit). We asked reception staff for assistance four times. I believe the last time was the only time they went to the room to have them quiet down. The staff seemed to feel bad for them because it was a group from a wedding. Then they should have rented a private space! Now for the worst part. In the morning, I requested a refund for one night. The staff member could see all the notes from the staff the evening before, agreed it sounded awful and said she could give me 10,000 Hilton Points (market value $35). I said that wasn't satisfactory as I got no sleep, and she requested I call the manager later that day or Booking.com as I booked through them. I wasted so much time on various phone calls, and neither the manager nor corporate would do anything different. They wouldn't even return Booking.com's phone calls to them. This was in my top 10 worst hotel/airbnb experiences in over 2,000 nights spent in various lodgings. This review is as much a review of this hotel as it is of the Hilton brand. I travel extensively and this will be my last stay with a Hilton.

I did not realize when I asked for a tub AND shower room that it would be a handicapped bathroom ! I was too tall for the sink and mirror!

Well equipped rooms. USB charging ports so don’t have to bring plugs. TV with Netflix & showtime. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

the elevator was out of order also I was told I had a harbor view room but I didn’t I had a loud street view I was upset breakfast wasn’t included with the price I paid for the room, if I wanted breakfast it was à la cart and very expensive.

Mattress … pillows were hard and very uncomfortable…had a difficult time sleeping …. The heating system was extremely noisy…
Elevator was scary … jump up and down when moving … good stairs …used them

Located in a quaint area i found it to be serenely quiet and yet it was walking distance to exceptional dining spots.
I found some of the furniture needed repairs as the drawers didn’t fully close. The Bathroom fixtures were updated and they provided many useful products.

I had called facility to add a night but they seemed to have a problem getting this into the system. I had to check out & then pay for the second night. Dinner was fair.

The toilets were so low and wasteful. Upgrade the toilets to low use water and a height that most adults are using now.
