Good location, feels like a safe area. Hotel wasn’t as nice as it seemed online but fine for a night. Gym was very hot and one treadmill didn’t work

Not a big fan of the vinyl flooring. From walking to rolling around on the desk chair with wheels, we could easily hear the people above us moving around, as well as ourselves.

The entire hotel smelled like fresh laundry. At first that seemed like a pleasant, fresh, clean scent. Soon, however, the smell became overwhelming, like 500 pounds of dryer sheets were just around the corner on every floor, even in the stairwells. Thankfully we were only there one night because it gave me a sort of chemically-induced headache. The product used to produce that scent was just too strong, too much! In addition, the bed was hard as a rock and gave me a backache.

Hotel amenities and room itself were fine.

Front desk girl was rude and inept. I prepaid/reserved room in advance, upon arrival the front desk person "could not find my reservation" even though I showed the confirmation DIRECTLY from the hotel, as well as proof that I had paid in advance. She proceeded to look at me like I was dumb and asked me what I wanted her to do about it. Idk, maybe your job? I then had to pay for an entirely different room. Upon attempting to get refunded for the initial reservation, I had to explain and reexplain multiple times. Dumb.
