Dirty rooms

The welcoming smile and kind attitude of the receptionist, (Marissa ) welcomed me and my family the moment I entered the hotel with a warm smile and kind words that made us all the family feel happy and welcomed, she is amazing, the young receptionist Anas was kind too at the checkout time. the swimming pool, the beds are comfortable and sheets are clean

the bed sofa is not comfortable

Great rooms, great friendly accomodating staff. Breakfast was fresh and had bacon 2/3 days. Clean. Lots of luggage racks available. Elevators were fast and working.2.

The room was beautiful, staff was awesome and heated pool was the best hotel pool I’ve been in, no initial shock factor getting into the water and I was able to actually stay in the entire time with my kids without needing to get out because it was cold like every other hotel we’ve stayed at.

Breakfast was ok, I wouldn’t say it was bad there was lots of options but not my favorite.

The breakfast was amazing. I loved the size of our room the most. It was so comfy and inviting. The staff was so very friendly. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

ice machine is only on 3rd and 5th floor. tv in the room sucked. no channels. not even regular cable. couldn't connect to the Google chromecast, there was no signal. that alone will probably keep us from returning, everything else was great

The best this thing is the room layout. The rooms are large with a very nice sitting area with a partial division between it and the bed. The pool area is nice and the breakfast was good.

This hotel is a about 20% more expensive than a number of hotels in the very same area I'm guessing because the rooms are bigger. The side backing on the freeway is very noisy. The beds were not particularly comfortable and the closet was very small.
