I still dont have my money back for the cancellation We booted this for the pool for our child because we do not gamble. The pool kicks kids out of the pool area at 6 p.m.

I hate the smell of cigarette smoke having to buy 2 extra swim bands for our 3 rooms which had 4 people in them Seems like everybody wants to charge a resort fee which I think is also excessive---We have 5 kids and 2 grandkids on our family get a way

We had traveled all day to get to this property. Bed was fairly comfortable.

We reserved a room with a king size bed at a certain price. Upon arrival we were informed by a rude desk clerk that our reservation did not mean that we would get that room and that those king rooms were in fact sold out. We settled for a double queen room but were charged a higher rate. This was a Wednesday night and I seriously doubt that king rooms were sold out. This is a dishonest practice to make a few extra bucks and we won't be back. In fact we are wondering at this point why Booking does business with them. I feel we're due difference in the room rate back......
