The valet staff were friendly and kind! The room and hotel were very clean. It was within walking distance to my event space.

The staff told me the wrong time for the end of breakfast, so I missed it, and they didn’t apologize or try to make it right in any way. Just said they got confused and told me to go buy breakfast. The hotel is located next to a large bar and the music is concert-level loud. Bring ear plugs and download a white noise app.

Love the design, accessibility, location, staff were very pleasant. Good breakfast, bar on site...really nice vibe!

The microwave was dirty...I wanted to heat up some Thanksgiving leftovers but didn't because of this. But luckily, that was the only thing that was dirty. Everything else was spotless!

Convenient.
