I could not sleep well. The room was too bright — blinking lights, bathroom nightlight I couldn’t turn off, I had to stick a towel under the door to block the hall light. I could also hear a lot of noise from the neighboring room through the door adjoining the rooms.

The owners were super friendly. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast included was wonderful.

it is very convenient . The public spaces were nice. Good coffee and the staff were nice.

My room was clean but the furniture was well worn and uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy and they were all king size. It needs some TLC.

Great space, very comfortable, like a Hidden gym.

When I checked in the lady was lovely, in the morning the lady was not friendly and the bagels were hard as a rock.

We needed a nice place to break up a drive to see family. The Ellery was the perfect place to go after a hike around Skinner State Park and some time exploring Northampton. Really clean and close to center. Nice common area and friendly staff.

Not a big deal, but wifi didn’t reach rooms farthest from main house.

The location was perfect; the staff (ALL of them) go out of their way to welcome and help; the rooms are clean and the bathrooms we used appeared recently furbished. We did like the quality of the shower/soap products, etc. There is more privacy in the car-accessible individual rooms and that can be a plus.

We were expecting a hotel, but it's really a hybrid-motel but with a lively and comfortable central reception/seating/dining area. Breakfast was so-so -- very good yogurt, excellent tea/coffee options, but no fruit.

Parking availability and location. Staff assisted with my bag at arrival.

Poor lighting, no comfortable chair in room, pillows were like rocks, internet didnt work, could open earlier for breakfast, no cold drinks available other than water, room was never cleaned in 3 day stay, noise from upstairs rooms.
