Comfortable beds

The room was not clean and properly maintained. There was huge stains on the floor. The mini fridge was not secured properly almost fell out every time we opened its door. One of the lamps would NOT turn on and the closet door wouldn’t close. The key entry on the door often didn’t work.

Under renovations, tried checking in for an hour due to using 3rd party booking and also listening to other guest complain of dust due to renovations was a nono due to sister having breathing problems.

Beds were comfy but construction limited ability to sleep in.

Wasn’t told it was under major renovation! Breakfast was pathetic from water logged carton eggs to the coffee. The room coffee was consistently better each morning compared to breakfast.

Toilet was broke and didn’t flush…rooms are not worth the money at all..felt so unsafe and the couch was filthy so we didn’t use the sofa bed at all because I’m sure it was nasty as well

The staff was nice.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were notified by the front office desk that there was a major construction ongoing for this hotel. They should have notified Booking.com prior our arrival. There was not an offer to discount the rate of our stay. Even though, the staff mentioned that the construction would only start at 9:00 a.m., we heard construction work right outside our room as early as 8:00 a.m. There was hammer banging and drilling noise. Aaahhh! Another problem was there was no hot water for at least two of the days during our stay. The breakfast food has room for improvement.

They was so up ta accommodate friendliness the gentleman. Michael and all the ladies housekeeping the front desk. Very pleasant

Was told they would be painting. There was hammering going on early in the morning. Breakfast was from 6:30-9:30, they put the food away at 9:15 to include the coffee. Coffee should be available 24/7! A homeless person came and asked the front desk if they could have some, they filled up a huge thermos and the paying guests that showed after the homeless person didn’t get any coffee. The pool was closed which wasn’t advertised at all, no discount on the price. The hotel owner should have closed this place down to complete the renovations but they’d rather squeeze every penny they can at the guest expense. Recommend new owner/management, there giving Hyatt a bad rep and not living up to the Hyatt gold standard my family and other guest are accustomed too.

common areas had no air! stuffy and musty.. the worst of all, elevators did not work!!!! had we known when check in, we would have canceled. we were out on 4th floor.

Location was cool but hotel could be better

There were bed bugs in our room. We both ended up but and the hotel looks rundown to be a Hyatt. It looks like a rundown hotel I’ll never stay at again smh. The one I’ve stayed in never looked like this but when your tired and it’s already paid for you pretty much had no choice smh.

The fact that an upscale place would only have one elevator in use and that one only had the power to push the up button. The fact that housekeeping didn't come in at any time during our stay. When I told them one of the springs popped out the couch they did nothing
