Room door barely locked, both beds had stains and holes, shower was unusable, a couple of the rooms across the lot from my room looked like crack house locations. Checking in took quite some time and i couldn’t understand what the office worker was saying.

Desk person could hardly be understood. Place was dirty. Frig stopped working. Ants in bathroom. Sheets looked like they hadn't been washed. Got 2 spider bites during the night. Didn't complain because nothing looked any better.

Very unclean and owners were we're very rude and they asked why I was using booking.com and told me next time to make sure I just come there and pay them in cash pretty much telling me not to book the room on booking .com and not really understanding why they dont want me to book a room from this site....but with all that said I was very unhappy with my stay at the Rapids Inn if I were to rate it I would give it a 2 and that's really pushing it... I would give it a zero but it's in a good place in the town but that's all it's really got going for it .....

Exterior fine. Shower has mildew under water supply/ a simple caulk job would fix!

Mildew in shower. Did not clean room after first night. On second day they took my shower supplies thinking I had checked out. Maybe more communication between staff?

For one when I arrived they told me they had no rooms available and I already paid for my room online through booking.com and it turned into a complete hassle with having to call booking at 9 o'clock at night on thanksgiving and telling them that rapids inn will not give me a room got disconnected onto phone calls took over an hour for them to finally give me a room sitting in there a little creepy dirty Lobby I do not recommend this place to anyone I give it to zero Stars if I could
