The location was great - nice and close to Mt Rushmore. I liked that there were 2 rooms for the beds - gave some privacy while allowing everyone in our party to have a bed. The hotel was basic, but clean and affordable. The breakfast was really good and plentiful.

My son found a spider in the bathtub, but bravely killed it and ran it down the drain. Everything else met our expectation.

Good breakfast, but coffee was mediocre. Large room. Quiet motel, despite many guests that night.

No way to control room temperature.

location and staff helpful

Very well located motel near downton Custer with clean and spacious rooms. Our beds were comfortable and we could park right in front of our room. Breakfast was very good with free coffee available at all times. Staff was very friendly and helped immediately to fix the settings on the heating as it got a bit too cold the first night. Very great value for money for this place.

Heating didn't work properly the first night, but probably because we didn't turn on the settings correctly.

Shower was not hot, only warm.

the front desk, & the staff manning the breakfast were excellent, kept the dining clean, food kept warm & fresh. the hotel is a short walking distance to the famous purple place, "downtown" and is across a mini golf. There is also a restaurant next to the hotel. location is great!
