Unique multi building layout, nicely furnished, nice touches like the pastry delivery each morning and friendly staff.

The courtyard garden.
The shower was hard to use and water would splash and flood the floor.
Dresser drawer were hard to open.
Lighting was not too good.
Uneven tiles on side of bed floor were unsafe to walk through.

Location was fantastic -- right off the main plaza.
The massage was expensive and not the best that I've had (the room was right next to the laundry so it was loud during it and my neck hurt a bit after).

Courtyard light shined through the frosted glass door of our room all night so difficult to get a good night's sleep with the sun shining. Parking is on the street, though since the hotel is off the square there were spaces available near the hotel.

Great suite, very comfortable! And the location is awesome, within walking distance to Sonoma Plaza! Loved the complimentary morning pastries they gave too :)

All the little touches from the fresh danishes in the morning to the local coffee, high end tea, the real creamer and the water in the fridge.
I wish there was a bath tub. They should also really have someone in the office after 4:00

Exceeding expectations by far! I asked for roses for valentines day and they came through with a beautiful bouquet and even chocolate covered Strawberries I didn't ask for. There was no bolt lock on the door to the room but it felt like a pretty safe area. Amazing stay. Highly recommend!
There was no lock on the door inside. Not a bad thing, necessarily, just unexpected. And directions for the jacuzzi jets in the bathtub could be helpful.

it was an oasis in the middle of town.

It is a lovely place and the staff was very kind.
It was very cold, and neither the in wall heater nor the fireplace did much to warm our room after the sun went down. Also, what was supposed to be a heat lamp in the bathroom provided no heat at all.

Fantastic location in Sonoma. Very comfortable, unique suites. delicious pastries were a nice touch. Terri was very helpful in suggesting some places to visit for food and wine.

shame the bedroom didn’t have a door! would’ve also been very easy to have laundry facilities given size of the cottage

The coffee in the room was delicious. The breakfast consisted of 2 small pastries which were on the dry side.
I was treating my sister to a weekend away. I slept in the bed which was very comfortable. My sister slept on the sofa bed. She was very uncomfortable all night and hardly slept. We did report it to the desk clerk and she was receptive and apologized.

I loved how thoughtful they were and loved the pastries they deliver in the morning! The interior and exterior is absolutely beautiful and the staff is so sweet!
