The location was very nice.

The room decor and lighting was very sterile and unappealing. If you are going to have white walls you should invest in a product to keep them clean. Pillows were very lumpy. They should change the light bulbs. There were no task lights for reading in bed. They need to invest in better lighting to create a nicer environment. Pool was weirdly situated next to the parking lot.

It was ok somewhat small

Shower. Should be grab bars in and exiting shower and floor mats outside as the tile floor is very slippery.

Roomy room that gave us plenty of room for our bikes and absolutely loved the easy access to the ocean. Spectacular sand and relaxation area!

Nothing

We stayed in room 218, beachfront. LOVED the balcony and view! Although an older property, you could see that they tried to keep everything very clean and well kept. Our bathroom was newly remodeled. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable (extremely important). The courtyard was tidy and lovely. Five sets of beach loungers and umbrellas were set up every morning at 9:00 am which were perfect for us and a very close walk back to our room. The beach and sand were beautiful to walk on. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and I overheard them taking care of an issue by another guest immediately. Breakfast was a nice grab and go for those of us that wanted to get on the beach quickly. Parking was adequate and close. We didn’t have any problems getting a spot whenever we left the property. Loved the quiet of the complex.

We didn’t have hot water for either day. We showered the first day at 4:00 pm and the second at 10:00 am. It was tepid, at best. Our shower drain was slow so the water backed up into the basin by over an inch. The window AC cooled, but didn’t take any humidity out of the room.

Beach close and a safe and quiet area

When i was checking in i was in a t-shirt and shorts comfortable for traveling and i felt like the lady was judging me as if i was a problem of some kind or came in off from sleeping on the street or something (Pretty woman) store moment if you know what i mean!!! , Im a apartment mgr , I have a pretty good job was just looking to get away for some rest !! and this little hotel is not the Ritz Carlton , so i wasn't sure why i was receiving that vibe from her i said i have a reservation and she found the printout confirmation in front of her, i signed 3 papers and she gave me the key cards to 101 i when to the room ,When i got to the room 101 The door had to be lifted to open and closed,The bed was low to the ground Had a bad Mildew & Mold smell couldn't take the smell , i had left a few bags but didn't come back till the next morning stayed with the friends i was visiting because i knew i wasn't going to be able to take the odor, The next morning i pick up my bags got my suitcase , turned in the key and explained to a different lady the issue she said i wouldn't be charged the second lady was really nice i've been coming here sense 90s when it was aquarius Its ashamed because i love this place, it'll probably be my last time i'll be back

We loved the location and the walk to the beach. Sitting area out back is great. People very nice breakfast good. Older hotel but good value for the money. Town is great shopping and dining with a view.

Beds hard but manageable, someone took our chairs on the beach at 5pm and we weren't ready to go in. Kind of a bummer but we understood. Two hour parking as you are trying to dine with family ended up with a $20 ticket.

2nd visit to hotel within the month. Absolutely fantastic value! Staff again was incredible special thanks to Lauren again was kind and very professional and knowledgeable of the area! It's people like this that make you want to come back!! Hats off to owners and management for hiring such great staff and having very clean rooms! Location is great! Can't wait to return! perfect location, great views and the beach was stunning and very clean.

The pool area is kind of partially underground and is a little unattractive. however, a pool is a pool. We stayed as a couple with our daughter and the room was set up for just 2 people. Towels, robes, cups etc….other than that, it was good.

Very nice boutique hotel! The room was awesome with an ocean view and having the front balcony made it even better!

That we didn’t stay longer! Lol
