As I told the Manager Carlos, we came from Las Vegas where we stayed at a well known ressort but the service there was not even close to the service at the Drury Inn.
From the personalized card from Jesus at housekeeping, to the oriental lady at the breakfast station to the manager.
Everyone seemed to enjoy their job and were just showering us with attention.
Carlos, the manager, besides asking everyone how their breakfast was, he was picking up the dirty dished from tables and changing trash cans.
We were IMPRESSED and we will stay here every time we come.

Overall cleanliness of building & room.
Poor quality of food offered. Also, daily rate for room changed after first day of stay; was charged more than what I was informed at time of reservation. This was the worst Drury Inn I have ever stayed at. Was very disappointed!

Nothing your manager on the morning of October third 2022 room 500 I had brought to his attention that he doubled out pet deposit he has not called me back at this point I'm going to try and get him fired he is not friendiy and very rude after driving home to Sedona he said give it 24 hours and I needed to go to my bank and get a copy of my bank statement wow I'm very upset over 45.63 I want his job so this will never happen again

My family and friends will never stay at your hotel that is over 35 family and friends that have stayed on a yearly basis I want my return back if not posted in my account I will be going up the corporate ladder to get him fired 45.63 is a very little ⁹ compared to his job

Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly. The room was spacious and quiet. The hotel offered a solid breakfast and even offered a complimentary dinner as well.

The staff was very nice and accommodating when my room was not cleaned Also they celebrated my birthday by giving me a card. That was really nice.
I had to call for clean towels and my trash to be emptied also the rooms trash cans wer not all lined with trash bags

I loved the people was very nice and even the staff were nice I love that they have breakfast and dinner everything about this resort is very good this is a place where I stay every chance I get I love it there. And I will share with others about my stay
