The rooms were spacious and we liked the kingsize beds. Locations was good as well for visiting the marine museum and Boone hall plantation
Breakfast was not so appealing. It was difficult to find a table without crumbs of other leftovers from the guests that sat there before. We did not see anyone during our breakfast session that checked the tables and cleaned them for new guests.

Used Coffee mugs were left in our room without being cleaned or replaced for two consecutive days. We used paper cups for coffee in our room and they were also not replaced nor were the coffee pods replenished. Additionally the bathroom counter was not cleaned and was left dirty. Housekeeping staff left much to be desired.

Clean room, friendly staff, located in residential area close to big stores and restaurants. The location was great! Only 15 minutes away (car) from the historic area. It was nice to get away to a quieter area at the end of the day. Close to Shem Creek (5min). Close to Boone Hall (15 min).

Hotel was very clean, and proximity to major roads was great. The rooms were a great size, and decorated nicely. The bed was extremely comfortable.
There needs to be better signage in the lobby directing guests to the elevators. It took a few minutes and a chance walk down a short hallway to find them.

The property was amazing! For it to be so clean I was shocked to see two roaches at two different times. The staff addressed the issue with care and concern but there were roaches none the less.

Everything good. My husband enjoyed his hot breakfast, I just had the cold items.
Would like to see a microwave to heat up pastries. The pastries were excellent. Very fresh!

Loved the bed , very comfortable. Lounge area/ bar area was beautiful . Breakfast was good . Check in and out was a breeze.

The design
Where do I begin. The front desk staff does not know their job I was tried to be charged again for hotel stay. They charged me for breakfast when I am a Diamond Hilton member. I also have yet to receive my incidence refund. There was never a “manager” on site

Hotel was clean and had great shred spaces. Bed was quite comfortable.
I was surprised that there was no automatic daily maid service. When we got back from a long day fishing we found our bed unmade and bathroom askew. I know understand that we could have requested maid service. I don’t feel that I should have to request maid service when paying $200/night. And then we had to pay for coffee down in the lobby. Even super 8 has complimentary coffee.

Issue at check-in, apparently a computer problem, had to wait longer than typical.

the bartender was amazing and the tv had my name on it which was amazing because I didn’t choose my room until I got there!

Everything was great!! Lil family getaway was awesome! This was our second time staying and we will be back! Clean hotel, comfortable beds, And great staff! Great drinks n food at the bar! Cookies was great! We enjoyed our stay!
Towels and tissue bye request, But it work out, staff was right there to give.
