Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good.

Was cold at night due to the fact that you are not able to adjust the temperature in your room. it was either too warm or too cold. Waited a few times for awhile at front desk to find a staff member. No bell to alert staff someone is waiting.

Overall appearance could be better compared to similar hotels. Slightly unkept- lots of scuffs on walls, doors etc. Just needs some TLC

I had no conditioner or body soap… showering and washing took a long time for the water to go away…. the air conditioner and refrigerator make enough noise that I woke up several times

friendly staff

the maid service did not refresh the room at all during my stay and some of the complimentary toiletries were empty (i.e. shower dispensers)

Good location and easy access to where we needed to go.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast was mediocre. The scrambled eggs were good but there was nothing else available. No meat, no potatoes. It was very disappointing.

Quiet. Great location. Starbucks and car wash nearby. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating.

They were so helpful and accommodating when we arrived early. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond.

The Staff was very rude and I told them about a situation where I couldn’t stay there for the nights I had booked because family just informed me that they were back from vacation and me and my woman could stay there instead because we didn’t know they were going to be back at all and I wanted to save money and they only knocked off one night and charged me a day and a half for staying there we checked in at 5 am and checked out at 3pm that’s only 10 hours…oh and the beds were very uncomfortable and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn Ever again

The receptionist Jackie made us feel unwelcome, she needs to learn to treat all people for equal, we would have leave the place but too late for cancelation. They rent the pool for small children swimming clases, a lot of yieling, screaming and crying. We will get back to stay at our regular hotel in downtown, a few dolars more per night but better service.

Small breakfast area and there wasn’t much of a selection. The coffee was good though!

The room I had booked was supposed to have a separate bedroom area from the living room, like a two bedroom suite. The one I was given was one room with a small area for the kitchenette. Only a microwave and mini fridge provided when I thought I was getting a full fridge and microwave and stovetop area in a separate room from the bedroom. Never had any extra towels upon request. Didn’t have much to choose from in the little snack area where you can purchase additional items by the front desk.
