The property was clean and all the staff were wonderful! we had the best time.

Very easy! Check in went smooth & was only asked once if we were interested in the timeshare. A simple “no” and we weren’t bothered again!

The location was great. It’s was very well marked as to where to find things.

That I pay a high amount for a cleaning fee and I have to take out my trash and recycling. What exactly is my money for? Then I have to put $100 on hold in case something is damaged.

We had pool view/ocean view. Pool very loud from 8 am til 10 pm. With the buildings being in a U shape, felt like I was in a fishbowl

Location was great. Plenty of space, great view and very clean.

Confusion on how to enter property and where to park. We decided to do the sales tour of penthouse which took up way too much of our time ending up being very stressful, because there was much we wanted to do and see while weather was good.

Cleanliness of the apartment was poor. It didn't look like the floors had been vacuumed from previous tenant. The kitchen sink, dining table and spoons in the drawer all had a sticky substance on them. There was a bottle of lotion visible under the bed in the King room (I took pictures), the toilets in both bathrooms had black speckles and dust on them. There was not enough toilet paper in either bathroom for 6 people, Not even half a roll was on the spindle in the King bathroom. There were no sanitizing or cleaning products.

Great view, great beds, loved tge Jaccuzi tubs. Pool was great.

Lower cleaning and booking costs. Considering h iw much the cleaning was, we had to take out our own trash.

Nice big apartment with a great view! Very comfortable beds and lots of amenities. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The sales pitch was odd

Proximity to the beach (across the street), dining (across the street) and convenience store (short walking distance), the heated pool, and the room was large and clean

Paid WiFi (even though the rates were "reasonable") is going backwards in this age of technology. All "modern" vacation locations should provide free WiFi as those that don't use a cellphone would be in the minority, and devices such as tablets and laptops might require WiFi. Timeshare buy-in speech part of check-in process. This is a big turn-off. Information can certainly be made available to those who might be interested, but people should not have to listen through this just to complete check-in.

Very close to the beach.

Staying next to people that had music playing loud late at night.
