The staff at as extremely nice, friendly and helpful, from the front desk, housekeeper and the kitchen help. We would definitely recommend, like it was recommended to us.

The breakfast buffet was nicer than other hotels so we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very clean and our Daughter's family was happy to get 2 rooms only a few doors apart. The desk agents were very nice and accommodating, and we appreciated free parking, and cookies!

BESIDES THE NIGHTMARE OF FINDING THE LOCATION, GETTING BACK TO IN THAT CONFUSING NEIGHBORHOOD OF CIRCULAR HIGHWAYS, POORLY DEFINED AND LABELED AND SIGNS, OR RATHER NO SIGNS TO DIRECT ONE. THERE WAS TROUBLE WITH
MY PRE_PAID RESERVATION @ DESK AND CLEARING UP ACCOUNT AT CHECK OUT> NEVER DO PRE_PAID AGAIN. I WAS PERSONALLY TROUBLED BY AWFUL SMELL OF FRYING BACON COMING INTO MY ROOM FROM SOME UNKNOWN SOURCE, AND DID NOT LIKE THE SCENT OF CHEAP JEAN NATE OR WHATEVER TO MAKE ROOM SMELL 'BETTER'. THE WEDDING DRESS UP CLOTHES SMELLED OF THE ABOVE WHEN I WENT TO GET DRESSED FOR EVENT. I SMELLED LIKE
BACON FAT THE WHOLE TIME. PERSONALLY I WISH HOTELS WOULD GET THAT SPRAYING SCENTED COLOGNE IN ROOMS
IS DISLIKED AND EVEN DANGEROUS FOR MANY PEOPLE WITH ASHTMA AND LUNG DISEASES, AND THERE ARE BETTER
NON SCENTED AND HYPOALLERGENIC PRODUCTS ON THE MARKET TO USE. STEP UP TO THE TIMES. YOU COULD ALSO
STEP UP TO RECYCLING IN THESE MODERN TIMES, AS THERE WAS MUCH PLASTIC PRODUCT WASTE.

The woman at the front desk was nasty. I had a confirmation from Booking.com and she claimed there was no room and they were all sold out. I got Booking on the phone and she was nasty to them as well. I found another hotel and left her on the phone with them.

There was plenty of room for breakfast and we liked the outside deck. The rooms were a great size and the kitchen was well stocked. I liked the table and chairs in the room. The closet was huge!
Breakfast staff was watching everyone too closely felt uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok! Didn't like that we had to ask for milk and yogurt. wish it was out for us to chose, Would have liked another comfy chair in the room.

I loved the breakfast, and the staff was always helpful! The pool was nice, not as warm as we would have liked, but it was a good time. They had a dog park, and the hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was good every morning, and George was very attentive and kept the area clean.

Great location near Buzzards Bay, beaches, antique shops and wonderful seafood restaurants. Room was clean with nice space and great view of cranberry farm.

The breakfast was not very good. Cold almost frozen eggs coming out of prepackaged fridge. Canadian bacon was dried and tasteless. Tv does it have remote instructions.

A little expensive but extremely clean, very comfortable, great facilities. Cleaning staff very helpful. Night front desk staff not very helpful & not communicative. We had requested a room close to an entrance because my husband is on oxygen & has mobility issues. The front desk person never told us that our room was next to another entrance & my husband could have had a much shorter walk to get to the room. But now that we know this we will stay here again.

location was perfect. everything you would need is close by.
the hotel staff are amazing. this is what sets this place apart from others I have stayed it. it was like coming into my family home and being welcomed with such love and generosity. the morning breakfast is yummy and the staff keeps the place spotless. Front desk are helpful, kind and friendly. even the maintenance employee and housekeepers really did amazing. if I needed anything I only had to ask and they provided. I will always stay here.
the only downfall is the way the room is payed out. it’s a bit awkward how they have the bed and tv placed. but otherwise the rooms are really nice
