Very nice location on the riverfront and walking distance to restaurants

Staff was very helpful, polite and accomodating. Had an issue with connecting with booking.com which could have begen frustrating. The staff made everything great.

The open shower design. Hate it. Makes you concentrate on not having the water spash everywhere. Also, the mattresses were not very comfortable.

I like the staff and the location. There are numerous restaurants within a two block radius and the location is great downtown where everything is good

The pillows on the couch had stains and in the first 10 minutes I was in the room. I had to kill at least six spiders. When we walked into the room, the first thing that we noticed were almost every corner had spiders and spider webs. I figure when you pay almost $200 for a room everything should be perfect

The walk in shower was amazing. Water pressure was on point.

The building was kind of loud.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. There were some cute shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a nice little outdoor patio area just outside the lobby that was just lovely! You have to call for housekeeping, so that's kind of nice because you don't have to worry about them knocking or walking in on you. But, you have to remember to request what you need. Loved the Bistro Bar, and the bartender was very nice!

Overall, the staff was pleasant. Particularly the front desk attendant lady with long red hair and the other lady with the tattoos and piercings, were great! These two had a great attitude and were so friendly and helpful. There is no shuttle from the hotel. Transportation options are terrible in the area, so rent a car!

No jacuzzi check in time is late especially with bistro hours being so early. Also think a continental breakfast would’ve been nice included and prices of snacks ridiculous and should include microwaves in rooms
