Area is superb! Stores are just downstairs and everything you need is just a 5-10minute walk. Staff are nice. Breakfast is great. Rooms are big and also they do housekeeping every 3 days upon arrival.

The elevator is super slow.

The shower the water kept wetting the floor

There was no drinking water in the fridge. At least a bottle of water would have helped.

The entrance to the hotel looks too simple with the amount for a night.

The staff was courteous and helpful! Having breakfast included in our stay made everything so much easier for our students who were on their way to Fordham University for a summer camp. We loved the location because the outdoor mall that this Hyatt Place is located within was filled with great shopping and restaurants. The Hyatt Place, Yonkers is an excellent choice to stay if you are visiting Fordham University, as it is only a quick drive away.

Everything was awesome! I can't think of anything that wasn't just the way we wanted it to be :)

The couch was extremely dirty and I had to call for sheets to be able to cover it and sit on it. We checked it the key did not work for the room and up until our last moment of occupation the keys did not open our room and we had to go back and forth to call for help to get into our room
