The quality for the price was spot on. I will def stay here in the future. I came to town for a funeral and got to see my family that lives in town and this room was just what I needed.

The only thing was I wish the rooms were a bit more sound proof. I could’ve used a bit more quite. The headboards apparently share a wall if you get what I mean. Maybe headboards on alternating walls could even help.

The location and ease of getting to the property

The breakfast was ok but not what was pictured. The interior needs a paint job and the elevator needs work

Basic hotel breakfast. Powdered eggs. Microwaveable meats and bananas and apples on a good day. Fresh coffee. Bagels toast English muffins. Waffles. Cereal. Comfy beds. Cold air. Good tv channels. I’d return if I couldn’t find cheaper & same quality.

The smells in the hallway. & being out in a handicap accessible room. No ice machines working

It was clean.

The hostess was rude. Every time I would use my key the next time, it wouldn't work. So I would have to go to the front desk and ask them to fix the card. They always made it seem like I was bothering them because they were either eating or on the phone. Sorry for asking you to do your job.. Then my daughter left her stuffed animal, and we knew she had left it on the bed. When we called to see if they found it. Which I knew they did. The lady caught an attitude. I will never go back to that hotel. They need to work on their customer service! I'm very disappointed.

Hotel looked up to date and there was no unpleasant odor.

Staff was rude and unwelcoming! Bathroom toiletries were not refilled and when I called front desk no one answered only to go down and witness staff on cell phones. Was told breakfast was closed at 9:45 & then cleaning crew sits down to eat. Most unpleasant Baymont I have ever been to!
