Great ocean views, easy parking, wonderful staff. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there was a full size refrigerator in our room.

our television and Wi-Fi would not work even after the staff tried to fix the problem.

had a great view for the price, if we were staying more than a night the kitchen would have been a huge bonus.

honestly the only thing I didn’t appreciate was the deposit has to be in cash. I wish I knew that ahead of time. I did get my cash deposit back but the entire time I was anxious about it. Also we asked to upgrade our room and we’re told there was none available which clearly was not the case since we could see all the empty rooms from outside.

Being right on the ocean was amazing. They really mean it when they say that all rooms are oceanfront. Waking up and watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee was exactly what I needed. The showers are also great: hot, enough water pressure, and plenty of room. The beds were cozy and clean. There was plenty of room for our food in the little kitchenette. Our dog had room to run around and to snuggle on his bed. He loved running on the beach in the morning.

There were some areas that had been affected by hurricane season. The railings on the oceanfront patio were gone in a corner. The room had some ceiling water damage, had a some visible wear, and the front door had to be slammed shut. The dresser drawers didn't shut properly, so we couldn't put clothes in them. I put a wedge under the front dresser foot and adjusted where the clothes were in the drawer so that we had someplace to store things. My partner didn't like the pillows, but he didn't say anything to the hotel to change it, so that doesn't count. :-)

Location was excellent and staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable.

The smell of stale cigarette smoke was very unpleasant.

I absolutely loved the location! Very clean and bed was very comfortable! Free parking also!

Love the ocean front availability of all rooms.

Staff at front desk was friendly and very accommodating. Parking was close to our room, my sister and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony having our coffee and being able to look out at the beach.

Friendly staff. Location in front of the beach. I love how they accept pets.

It is an older property so there are cracks and water stains in the plaster ceiling. Only one parking pass ( typical for this area). Room smelled musty at first, but I bought air freshener and it was fine.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location to the beach.

The only reason I did not demand a refund was the fear of not being able to locate a hotel room without reservations. The room was disgustingly dirty. My husband and I were traveling with my five-year-old grandson after seeing the condition of the room Felt it necessary to purchase blankets to cover the couch and chair and cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and to sanitize The surfaces We would be touching during our stay.The kitchen at stove look like it has never been cleaned. There was a used paper plate in the microwave and crumbs in the refrigerator. The floors we’re dirty and bathroom sink had hair in it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
