Convenient, good size rooms and rooms don’t smell and beds are comfortable and they serve dinner along with breakfast, which is amazing for the workers that stay

Breakfast does seem to be empty or never stocked not unless you are there first thing. By 630 or 7 it’s gone mostly and it’s hard to find the person who takes care of it. I try not to complain but that’s the only issue.

My room has water damage in carpets from bathroom area to bedside. Told staff. Reply was I'm alone.

The room we were given was partially clean. The previous guest spilled liquid on the banquet over the AC, desk and counter over the frig as well as the nightstands.. None of the surfaces were cleaned. The carpet was dirty and refrigerator filthy. The Hotel sign said there were no vacancies and staff were at lunch. We took a washcloth and wiped down ALL the surfaces in the room with soap then sanitizer. The desk, both the top and shelf on the night stands. banquet over the A/C unit and counter over the refrigerator. We also had to clean out the refrigerator with the wash cloth. We used some paper towels we had in our auto to pick up the bread or cookie/cracker crumbs on the left side of the bed and under the desk. Bed and bath were clean but it still was disconcerting to arrive at our hotel after a full day of driving across Texas then spend 40 minutes cleaning and disinfecting the room so we could rest and sleep the night. The hotel apologized but no one followed up after we complained to the day/night staff. And, I gave the hotel all the lowest scores but it still shows a 4.0 rating. How does this work?

Location was good.

We book accessible with one queen bed. After getting our room and unpacking we found it was only a double sized bed for two people! We were too tired to go through the hazzle of changing rooms so we settled. Not happy with that 😕.

I liked the location and the it was very clean.

Nothing to unlike.

It was right off the interstate and they had a real breakfast that was very good.

At check-in the guy wasn't very friendly, usually they tell you where your room is so you can park at the closest entrance.
