It had a indoor pool open late

When I pulled back the sheets on one of the beds, there was a blood stain on the sheets

The only thing I did like that this location is close to my family event

Not only was the coffee not ready in the morning for breakfast but the cereal the fruit loops was stale and the milk was spoiled. I also left one of my devices at the location and call several times because I have the location on the device stating that it's still at the facility and no one will look and no one will let me know when I can come pick it up. I honestly would not recommend this property.

Dirty, dusty, comforter with cigarette burns on it. I had to go to Walmart and buy my own sheets to use.

No elevator. Not what I expected at all. For future references, I will stick with Marriot.

The staff do not care at all! Not professional. This hotel is run down. Not what I expected!

the appearance the indoor pool was not the cleanest but not horrible

the beds were lumpy and not level felt like I was sleeping on my head the pool wasn’t cleaned

three was a smell when we first arrived but went away after a couple of hours and the lights went out about an hour before we left for the airport

The location was easily accessible and close to the restaurant and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good for general diet. In my opinion if the improve the cleaning that will improve image of the hotel, and update the pictures to avoid the disappointment.

The hotel looks very nice in the picture but in reality the hotel was not cleaned as we expected for the price and it appears older that we expected according to the picture in the website. We expected a clean fresh hotel room but we found a room was smell bad and it didn't feel clean.

Staff was extremely professional.

Price differential and additional taxes and fees were unnecessary.

it wasn’t clean the room had a smell and dead bugs laying in the window seal and not to mention the big spider web on the steps in the hallway

the door was shaking every time someone went in and out of their doors close to my room. the fixture around the bathroom door kept coming off.

breakfast was only from 6-8 which doesn’t make sense for a weekend. one of beds were broken. went out to purchase my own sheeted because they weren’t clean.
