Location is good

They did not clean our room despite telling them to clean it.

We liked the outside activities for the kids, checkers, connect for fire pit and hot tub

I don’t know if the Marriott has gone downhill on their breakfast, but really we could’ve skipped it and it did not feel like the old upscale Marriott experiences we’ve had in the past. We made a complaint to the front desk when the above room was noisy at 4 AM that continued for two nights business must’ve been having a party because another nights there was loud music.

Couple of things no ice on floors brought it up staff went beyond n got me ice, door dashed some dinner, asked staff for utensils BOOM coming right up! N three very very quiet, lots of families with children but never heard a peep! Will return for another visit!

Very disappointed about breakfast!!! Almost unbeatable! Poor quality food and coffee! Stop serving breakfast at 9:00 AM. My suggestion is to extend it to 10:00 AM so families with small kids don’t have to get them out of bed early.

Location was good if you have a car you can drive to your destination easily. There are bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Upon arrival did not receive a warm welcome. No assistance offered, as in details about the area or offer to assist in making our stay easy as tourists. Our bedrooms were not cleaned for 3 nights despite informing reception. Had to ask for extra towels as there were not enough and also had to ask for more towels. There is a bar/restaurant across the street from the hotel that plays very loud music late into the night. We had to inform reception on 3 nights as we couldn't sleep

Staff was very kind and got me checked in quickly. The entire hotel was clean and when running into cleaning and support staff they all were kind and helpful.

Some of the food in the "hotel store" was opened and I didn't realize it until I had already purchased it.

Spacious room, great location, good value, easy parking, big bathroom, friendly staff, free poolside grill.

Drawer space very lacking for 4 people, scrambled eggs dry and the same for 8 days, no free parking.
