The relaxed feeling. Very friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast and even a complimentary glass of wine evening of arrival.

Air humidifier/dehumidifier was very noisy. There are not enough electrical outlets, and the special device charger worked very slowly: the installation of some up-to-date strip chargers would be a positive addition. The bathroom was not handicapped compliant: one grip doesn't overcome the need to step up and over the side of the tub ... so my wife bathed out of the sink. The WiFi connection was very weak! It is very easy to overshoot the entrance when coming from the south: an additional sign on the east side of the road a bit before the entrance would be helpful, especially at night.

Not many places to stay near Lime Rock Park and we booked kind of late so had even fewer choices but this place was perfect. Kind of like an old motel but the rooms have been updated and the bed was comfortable and everything was clean and neat. Hosts were very nice and helpful as well. I'm a little bit of a hotel snob but I wouldn't hesitate booking her again if heading back to Lime Rock. Missed breakfast as it started after we had to leave.

Room was small but that wasn't a problem. Starting breakfast earlier would be nice but most guests probably sleep in a little later than racers who have to get to track early.

Great location! less than 10 minutes to the town of Kent and Kent school, 18 minutes to the Marvelwood school. room was super clean and the owner was super nice. would definitely recommend!

The location is great- it is near many good restaurants, hiking trails, and shopping. The owner met with us upon our arrival and provided a map of areas interests; was available for any questions.
