Breakfast was small and a little hard to find all the items.

Rooms and bedding were dated. Musty smell in room.

Clean. Coffee was good at breakfast.

Somewhat rundown. Furniture in the room looked like mismatched thrift store pieces. No pictures on the walls of room.

No tea bags for hot tea I know it saved money for the hotel, but ziplock bags of cereal (was unexpected) rather than manufactured boxes. Also during the winter, a warmer blanket would be nice because I don’t like forced air heat.

Friendliness of the staff. It was very convenient to the venue where I was going.

I could hear the person in the next room snoring. The heating/ac unit was VERY noise.

This place has very nice rooms with large jacuzzi tubs. Its walking distance right next to historic downtown toccoa, and is basically a gateway city to all the little mountain, cute towns, waterfalls, hiking trails etc to the north. Great option for a good price

Breakfast could be better.

very spacious and clean room with a huge hot tub big enough for more than two people. very comfortable beds.

the “Mountain View” was non-existent. there was an extremely bright light right outside the window and it was impossible to keep the curtains perfectly closed because the AC unit is directly below the curtains, constantly blowing them open most of the night.

Peace and quiet

The property needs to be reworked- it is old.

The shower door kept falling off and there were several bugs inside the room. But the staff was very friendly.

Parking lot security lighting is excellent. It was very quiet both indoors and outdoors. The breakfast included a waffle iron for waffles. The hot water is very hot. The water pressure in the shower is extremely powerful, so powerful that it uses an excessive amount of water. The staff are very friendly.

The soap bars are small and thin, so thin that they immediately break into multiple pieces making them virtually useless. The bed is so soft that my light-weight body sank too far into the mattress, not good for my spine, not good for side-sleepers.
