I and my pup were the only one there. On entire property! Wonderful! There is a great walking path along property and one that always public access to lake... Narrow pathway but one. Homes on shore near property are mostly second resistances' of very wealthy....

No food service when I was there, even though had fantastic looking venues on site... shut down because of season? More likely because it's for sale... Yuke I'd buy it if owner would clear out junk yard behind and humanity relocate peeps living there because some have no alternative.. and are attached at the hip with this property. And owner is going to sell and skip to his haven in Arizona... I'm going to write more about this property on other platforms..

Cabin was in a good location- on Main Street.

Heat did not work. Smoke alarm disengaged. Tiles in bathroom broken. Cable TV did not work.

the location was good as we could walk to town. It was big enough for all of us and it was quiet.

The kitchen cold have been a little better equipped. Truly, it was nothing but the very basics. A few sharp knives would have been great, for example.

It had 4 beds inside 2 rooms

kitchen didn’t have a sink. It was efficient

to expensive for what you got.

Great location to visit Rocky Mountain National Park.

Wifi not available and cable TV did not work.

The location, the scenery and cabin was amazing. Clean and fully appointed with everything you need for a nice getaway. We were hoping to finally see a moose in the wild and we did! She settled in right next to our cabin. It was a beautiful sight. We also encountered a bear by our cabin. Bears are shy creatures so it turned and went the other direction as soon as it saw us. We loved the natural, unspoiled environment.

The beds are terribly uncomfortable.

Rustic cabins ( Spruce ) Fun staying in the old rustic cabin. And so close to the lake and the board walk.

It was quiet, the cabin was warm, shower and bathroom was clean and great fluffy towels. Kitchen was great-had coffee maker, spices to cook with and the basics to prep meals. The fire place was perfect and we kept a fire going for most of the stay. Grocery runs were easy with the mountain grocery store.

Found someone else’s clothing (shirt/underwear) in the couch- yikes

From the quaintness of the cabins, to the cleanliness and super friendly staff, Daven Haven far exceeded my expectations.

Honestly, there’s nothing to mention that was dissatisfying!

There was no breakfast as far as we were aware of.

The mattress was horribly old. The springs were completely shot and we both were stuck in the center bowl!

Great customer service and very clean

Said we would have Lake View..no view.. Didn't like pet jumped on us in office. Bathroom too small. Had to share parking spot that was in front of our door.
