The cost of bottle water. It should have been gifted considering the price of the room.

The breakfast was delicious and made to order. Absolutely delicious. The breakfast prices were not clear. Didn’t understand what was included if any, continental breakfast. But it was bit pricey. The waitress was super sweet and the accommodations were impeccable. The hotel although crowded was still clean and well kept.

Thought breakfast was included in the stay. It it was not.

Main bathrooms near lobby were very dirty. Stalls did not have toilet paper and some toilets were clogged.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, the cleanliness seems ok only that we found a bug on the bed, overall I think this is a nice hotel.

I stayed 1 night at the hotel with my friends, and we booked 2 rooms. I like the hotel but the accounting a bit messy, when I checked in they asked for my credit card which a lot of hotels did, but they actually charged the hotel fee plus security deposit to my CAD mastercard, I asked they said it the formality they will credit the amount back to it. When we checked out, my friend preferred to pay with his USD Visa card, all was done and the staff said will credit all charges back to my CAD mastercard. AS at to-date my friend called me and said he did not see any transaction on his Visa card, I called the hotel they found out the total amount was on my mastercard, which is so mess up because we all paid my friend already but anyway I asked them not to fix because I worry that it would even worse and double charge us instead. As regarding the security deposits I still did not get it back after 4 days, I will wait another couple days and hope it will come. I hope the hotel management will be more careful in monitoring the accounting procedures, a lot of hotel will have the credit card on record and charge to it only upon check out, if this can be done I will definitely come back to the hotel again in future.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food at dinner excellent.

Room needed throrough cleaning, grime around sink rim, base boards dirty, dusty. Temp of room difficult to adjust. Costly room, but cheapest toilet paper I've encountered. No plastic cups in room, only cups for coffee. Furniture was old and scratched. The only thing it had going for it was the friendly staff and great dinner.
