Loved the historic house and the hosts were great.
Could have used afan in the room to move air around, wasn't a big deal though.

From the very warm and personal welcome to the exceptional breakfast offerings to the continuing communication from staff throughout our stay, our experience was better than staying at a relative's house. So well worth the very modest expense!

Historic, beautifully furnished 2-story home very close to the town square. Rooms were plush, comfy and had all amenities. Hosts were fantastic, genuine and helpful. Our group had some dietary requests that were accommodated in the most delicious manner! Grounds are very well kept and serene. Great place to relax.

The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the food and the company. Our host Dennis was the best. He was attentive and engaged with us during our stay. The Belle Oaks setting was peaceful and restful. As we visited in the fall we did not utilize the pool or the balcony area. However, both of these areas would be very inviting and relaxing when the weather is warmer.
Our room was a little dusty and the angle of the TV was difficult to enjoy comfortably from bed or sitting are in the room.
