Stayed once before my favorite hotel so far in midland while i visit family. next time i stay i will try to get a room on the 5th floor.

nothing too big of a deal but there was crushed up beer cans under my bed. couldnt see it unless you got down on the floor.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. It wasn't noisy, bed was comfortable. Was clean for the most part.

Could use some new duvets, curtians that closed would have been nice. bathroom needed some matenince basic upkeep would keep it a nice place.

-dirty -property in common spaces, bar, restaurant and sleeping room was very warm.

Breakfast staff were friendly

Our room was small, oil smell in lifts is very unpleasant, room acoustics are not great, pillows were terrible, pillow slip didn’t even fit, no mattress protectors

Room soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers were empty and I had to wait for receptionist to come and refill them. Rooms had no bathtub and she said no rooms with tubs were available. Upon departing at 630 am, I requested at the front desk that my room be made if possible by noon. When I returned at 5pm, my room had not been cleaned and the receptionist said all cleaning staff had departed. I had to move to another room.

convenient to airport and highways

bathroom door was broken and we had to change rooms. not particularly clean. no trash can in room. No restaurant or food available.
