There was very little in the way of service…we were greeted upon arrival by the owner(just leaving to deliver someone to work. She quickly gave us a key(only one) to our room. Quickly handing us a sheet of instructions, she told us we could have service for our rooms on request…it was assumed they would get to us once, as we were spending the week.We could ask for clean towels as needed and coffee and filtered water was available in the office(open 7to7) It was locked often during those hours. There was no closet in the room and 1/2 of a dresser, the other side a cupboard for the refrigerator. It was seriously lacking in basic needs, a place to store your suitcase , clothing, an area to apply make up…the bathroom had no fan and stayed foggy…the mirror in the corner of the room was in a dark area without lighting. The owners were pleasant enough but seriously lacking in hospitality training.

Very cute family run business! Free real coffee in the lobby. Heated pool wow! Wish I had known to bring a bathing suit. Super friendly staff. Decorated nicely, both the property and in the rooms and updated. You can tell it is an older/vintage motel because of the teeny tiny bathrooms but we think that's cool.

Not the most comfy or supportive mattress for 2 people, kind of saggy and springy, we tossed and turned, and bathroom is really tiny no vanity just the world's smallest sink (cute), but compared to other motels I've stayed at I literally can't complain. I've had plenty of nights elsewhere with a literal metal spring sticking in my back or a loud broken A/C or mildew or cigarette smell or creepy staff or guests. NONE of that here. This place was kept up well -- just not top of the line mattresses, oh well what can ya do.

the bathroom was outdated, and so small - tiny sink, and it was physically almost impossible to ‘sit’ on the toilet, as it was so small and tight. the bathroom was in desperate need of makeover, all the joints were moldy or crumbling. there was other peoples / pet hair in one of our clean towels.

Hands down one of the most kept properties among our travels. Functional, clean and intentional aesthetics, kind staff, and peaceful vibe.

The wasn’t a lot of clearance in the bathroom of our particular room, which was a bit challenging but worth it considering the long list of positives.

Nice and spacious clean room. The availability of a kitchen and barbecues and swimming pool. Lovely feel to the place, very relaxing, coffee available from 7 each morning.

The room was spotless however the shared facilities, kitchen and barbecues were left filthy by other guests. The usual managers were away the week we were there. We met her on our first night and she was lovely offering advice on where to go etc. Our stay was affected by the lack of hygiene shown by one particular guest who showed no regard for other guests who needed to use the kitchen as he left all his dirty dishes in the sink even though a dishwasher was provided.

Lovely accommodation - room was spacious, clean and modern. The outside areas are great - the pool and fire pit. A great base for exploring Cape Cod.

Toilet plugged up . Reported to staff that it was minor (slow) the first day. Second day was fully plugged and reported to staff.

The good coffee! And warm welcoming service, nice heated pool. She also offers shuttle to the beach!
