when I got there they charged me 100 more for a “security deposit”… and when I got to the room the shits were dirty look like they haven’t been changed… and they didn’t give me the deposit back bc the shits were dirty! the worst place

The shower is ugly. In the room 103

clean facilities and good location

huge party in the rooms next to mine which went all night. indoors and outdoors. the manager would not accept my refund request as she, Maynur Patel, would not take responsibility or acknowledge that we did not feel safe in her hotel. the in room phone did not work and my cell does not have a plan to call in Texas. this person refuses to take responsibility for the safety of the guests that she accepted money from. She was aware of who the party was and who was having the party but then did not accept the responsibility to enforce the quite time rules or take care of all the other paying guests. Do Not stay here if you need a place to rest or feel that the manager cares about your comfort because you won’t get it here. Keep looking.

Of course it was a well worn hotel. I did not expect anything more than a place to sleep. It was good for the price.

I wasn't aware of breakfast even being offered, which would have been helpful for my 2 Year old and 3 year old that came along for the stay. I Wish I knew breakfast was an option

The was a crack or gap in between along the lining of the window, and once the curtain was pulled back the cold air was immediately pushed thru. During my stay temp dropped to low 30s. The size of the gap was about 2 inches in length, anmwjrh a width

Staff was very helpful and print it out an email for me which is above and beyond Duty!

Glad it was open but wish the hours were extended and coffee would have been available longer as well.

Wish the pool would have been open and rooms need some cosmetic touch ups.

The building looks old from the outside, but the rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast room is large and clean. They even added a waffle machine. The staff is always so friendly. It is a pet friendly hotel with lots of room to walk the dogs. It is conveniently located near I-20 and Hwy 287.

The ice machine nearest our room seemed empty, but another one on the property worked fine.

It was nice that they offered the breakfast in the morning. And the lady at the front desk was very nice.

The room was nasty we only got two bath towels for three people. The ceiling looks like it’s about to fall in at any moment
