The location

Let me start by saying that we only spent 1 night and checked out first thing the next day. The rooms were dusty (check the top of paintings, light fixtures etc). The kitchen consisted of 1 fork which contained food residue, 2 spoons and 1 knife. The door handle of the freezer is hanging on by a thread. The inside of the fridge was dirty. Bed sheets smelled as though they’d been laundered months ago and left to catch dust. The tv didn’t work. The carpet was damp in areas as though the AC may have been leaking. I’m awaiting a refund from the hotel

Hotel is nice, clan and has good rooms.

Breakfast was served very early, this was too short for a families.

Room was okay

We deliberately chose a hotel with swimming pool to stay at. However both days we stayed here the swimming pool was completely closed. Reason being: ‘expired permit’. There was no communication at all with the guests, just unfriendly employees giving no explanation. I sent a message to the hotel but have gotten no response yet. I am very disappointed. I did not book a hotel without swimming pool, then I would have chosen a different one. I expect someone to get in contact with me.

The breakfast was good. There was never any bacon, which is a essential for me.

The serving area was to small for the amount of people. The waffle makers were off in a different area than the service area and there was always a line up. For me, I would pay a few bucks more for bacon on the menu and black out curtains in the rooms.

I really liked the size of the room, the comfort, the kitchen. The breakfast is also quite complete

I found the carpet very dirty. I walked around in my socks, and they got very dirty

The hotel is perfect

The pool had too much chlorine to the point of changing the color of our clothes, our eyes were very upset, I decided to excess chlorine

Perfect location for exploring South Florida by car, very close to the turnpike exit. Very new, clean, and affordable.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

My room was an exceptional room with a full kitchen with cutlery pots and pans full refrigerator, which I was not expecting. The spaces were well defined. Complementary breakfast was a full breakfast buffet. I loved the hotel and my stay.

I requested washcloths for my second day. However, when i returned to my room, there were no towels. The beds weren't made, or the wet bath towel was not replaced.

there is a tree that’s outside of room 214 that when it’s breezy hits against the window and it’s super annoying
