the room is bigger than I thought it would be and the table is nice

the beds were not very soft and the bathroom is small. also the window just has blinds and let in a ton of light.

The location for this hotel was excellent. We were right on the beach and close to a large grocery store and good restaurants. The parking was close to the room as well. The staff was kind and genuinely seemed interested in our happiness - this is a rare quality in my opinion.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. I would not call it luxury, but it was perfect for our needs and I would return.

rooms were very clean loved the vinyl planking floors rather than gross carpet usually found in hotels.

Recently renovated, very clean, above average size square footage. Had microwave and mini fridge a definite plus. On the beach and easy access to causeway bridge. Had clean swimming pool. Didn't hear neighbors. Had two television on the wall. ( Don't know why) Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loaned bottle opener, which we returned at checkout. Although we haven't traveled during the pandemic, it was in retrospect a good value because of location.

At check-in we were told, that we wouldn't be bothered by employees entering our unit during our stay.i.e which means that we were to do the cleaning and restocking ourselves. ( No maids service). (( Would appreciate information about services on sales information)) Although there were 5 hooks on wall would appreciate bolt on closet bracket somewhere in room. For some reason bed made metallic sounds when shifting weight.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Hotel layout is convenient to both the beach and the parking lot.

There was something in our room that I was allergic to. I'm not sure if it was some kind of dust or mold in the ac. My sinuses were bothering me in our room. My sinuses would clear up outside, but I would begin the get sinus pressure and a headache when I returned to the room. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean.

You need housekeepers! Your facility is nice but could be spectacular if full service cleaning staff. Dehumidifier was filthy & clogged

Friendly, accommodating, clean, location… even being short staffed, you’d never know it. We stayed last year for celebrating a life event, came back again for same event to make sure it wasn’t just a good timing for our visit. Both were excellent and we plan to continue celebrating with them as long this continues or Jesus comes and takes us away.

Our remote to tv was weak… but told them about it and they were on it!!!
