There was a hidden parking fee, charged at checkout. Booking.com hid the parking fee. The staff was smugly amused when I complained about it. One know to look for a parking fee in a city, not in a rural location. It was intentional dishonesty on the part of the hotel and Booking.com. Just be honest and upfront.

Comfortable bed, clean room convenient to other restaurants and shopping

The breakfast was not that good, no variety. Just eggs waffles no sausage or bacon. Not impressed. The heater was very noisy, was hard to get to sleep.

Location was good for us because we were visiting Breckenridge, which was a close commute and that was where we spent most of our time. The restaurant in Silverthorne recommended by the desk receptionist was excellent. Our room was large and comfy. Hampton Inn has a good reputation and usually lives up to it.

The breakfast was a disaster. Lots of options, however, at the time we were there, (with a lot of other guests) many of the food options had run out, there was no milk for the cereal or oatmeal (which was mostly water), we wanted hot chocolate and found the hot water was empty. Sausage looked anemic, and many of the other options were not desirable because the stations were not kept tidy. This was an exception to our usual experience. with a Hampton. Will try again, but this time it was disappointing.

Every year we visit the Colorado and we always stay at this location when passing through. It’s a perfect location, very accommodating and the staff is always kind.

The property was in a convenient location.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. When you sat down, you could hear the springs. (Room 412) One of the worst night sleeps I’ve had in a very long time. You could feel the springs right through the mattress. The room felt dirty. The entire experience was not what I was expecting…and we are pretty low maintenance.

Every was in excellent condition, very clean and beds were so comfortable. I will definitely stay here if in area ever again.

We got a huge suite for little money because we booked last second. Many restaurants and outlet shops close to the hotel. Good breakfast and very friendly, attentative staff.

Bamboo restaurant right next door was excellent. Staff loaned me an umbrella to step across the road and pick it up when rain began.
