location, pool, and cleanliness!

noise from the room upstairs!

My son and I had a king size bed on the first floor and the room was super spacious. I really enjoyed the location, cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the place.

Just that the ice machines were broken. Wish they offered Gatorade at concessions because my son needed some extra hydration.

MY room did not gave a working air conditioner. When I told guest services, he seemed annoyed and bothered. Told me there were no other rooms available. Once I asked to speak to a manager he then found me a new room.

The room was nice. It had a microwave and a refrigerator.

The staff. I hated the fact that you had to go to the front desk if you needed clean towels, soaps and toilet paper. They didn't even supply water for the guests. This service was horrible for the amount I paid for this hotel.

The size of the room was great, staff was very friendly. The location was perfect and less than 5 mins away from all mystic has to offer

The hotel didn’t seem clean to me. The shower had a layer of dust and didn’t drain properly. The pool was disgusting, cloudy, and my children’s eyes were burning, everyone was coughing bc the water chemicals weren’t done properly. I think there was mold in the ac unit, you could smell it when it turned on and my whole family was congested only while at the hotel. We tried to stay in the room as little as possible.

The views were amazing and the room was really big! It's right across the street from the aquarium which is nice.

The pools were very cloudy and the amount of chlorine in the water was unbearable. I had to keep going outside to breathe. All of our eyes were on fire. The ground is expected to be a little slippery but we could barely walk without slipping my kids fell multiple times without running. There was grime all over the floors, bottom of pool and edges. I just would not recommend using the pool area here... The blankets on the bed were weird and there were no extra blankets or pillows anywhere. Usually there is in the closet. The pull out bed also didn't have a fitted sheet or anything on it. The shower was also dirty. There were green soap rings on the shelf obviously from the previous stays shampoo or whatever. I mean I guess it's a place to sleep but for 260 for the night is absolutely not worth it.

Close to restaurants and highway. Bed was very comfortable. Liked having a hot tub, and pancake maker and breakfast included with reservation. Staff at checkin was very friendly and helpful.

Pool was too small. Children were allowed to use the hot tub. Some children were jumping into the pool. No towels in the pool area.

looking forward to going into hot tub but was disappointed that is was barely warm. asked employee if there was something they could do. he turned on hot tub temperature higher. still wasn’t what we expected but at least he tried

Kids loved the breakfast in the morning

The room was nice, beds comfy, room clean. Staff helpful. Was close to attractions. Free breakfast, indoor pool.the kids enjoyed pool. They actually want to come back.

The pool and hot tub were tiny. The hot tub wasnt even hot, I thought the pool was heated but it was luke warm. The remote to our tv was hard to use. The eggs and sausage were cold at breakfast.
