Location and price

Small tv and not very modern, generic accommodation. No fridge, no microwave and no cable. So price reflects what you get. Not much.

Rooms need to be redone carpet need to be replaced they stink up the entire facility

music below the room in the cafe is loud until 11pm and starts again early in the morning.

The food was excellent! The only thing we like about this place. It was easy to get to, well located.

When we checked in, the staff member was rude. I had made 2 seperate reservations, one for my husband & I, and one for my in-laws. The staff told us they did not have any reaervations for us. I had to bring up my confirmation emails to prove our reservations before they would actually look up our reservations. Our room was dirty. There was water all over the bathroom counter, the toilet was used & unflushed from the previous person/use. On our 2nd day when we had left for the afternoon, we locked our room door. When we returned, our room was unlocked. The bed was like sleeping on flattened cardboard & pillows flat, very uncomfortable. The carpets are filthy and threadbare. No coffee pot or even a microwave in the room. There was only one bath towel and one wash cloth for 2 people.

Very friendly staff. They're great with the limitations.

No toiletries. Bad ac unit. No alarm clock. Bad beds and bedding. No fridge, microwave, or anything for the price. No ice machine.

Liked the Location.

We booked with price $99 + tax. I still have email. After driving few hours, we reached at night. They charged us $120 + tax. The lady said they have increased the rate since we booked in June. They did not send us email of increased rate. It is unfair. We tired, so we just stayed there. This unethical to raise the rate after we booked the room and not letting us know about it. Bathroom is very very small.
