Check in was very simple. Room was so large and even had two bathrooms.

Could hear the neighbors and smell their food when they cooked.

Suite and pool although it was a little tired and needs some better changing facilities.

Bis Auf eine Ausnahme war das Personal freundlich. Was ich jedoch erlebt habe grenzt an rassistischen Verhalten. Ich habe mein Problem geäußert und wurde wirklich ignoriert und mir wurde mehr oder weniger übermittelt ich versteh dich eh nicht also sei leise. Mein Englisch ist sicher nicht das beste, aber das war sehr respektlos gegenüber einem Gast.. kein Augenkontakt, starrer Blick auf den PC.. Das Gespräch hat mich den ganzen Tag beschäftigt und mehr oder weniger meinen guten Eindruck komplett verfliegen lassen. Sehr schade, leider liest man in den Bewertungen mehr über schlechten Umgang im Servicebereich mit Gästen. Wer so einen Job ausfüllt, muss diesen auch Leben oder sich einen anderen Job suchen. Merkwürdig, dass die Besitzer hier auch nichts ändern. Scheint also als wären diese auch nicht anders eingestellt. Sehr schade!

Well, where do I start ? Staff member very rude on our check in, it was very clear how impatient she was to give me basic information . The cabins share the same entrance and laundry area , acoustic is bad , you can hear everything through walls and ceiling. It wasn’t clean , full of roaches. We decided to clean it, spray it, just imagining the hassle to deal with the staff member again. Bathroom wasn’t clean ,maintenance needed too. Anyways. We took pictures and videos of everything we are stating here. We choose this place because of the indoor water park, but it was closed for a day and besides that it in serious need of maintenance. Not safe for anyone to be there. Not clean . On our check out , we spoke to the manager and she didn’t express any surprise about the roaches or th maintenance issues presented. She stated “our resort is on the woods, we can’t control that. “ So I guess it’s ok, bring roaches home inside your luggage ( as it almost happened to us). She said my claim , even with pictures and videos wasn’t valid because” I didn’t come earlier”. I have been in resorts all over the world and it’s not a 4 stars resort. And for what they charge I would take my money somewhere else. I would never be back.

The facilities are exceptional.

The remote needed new batteries. And the hair dryer didn’t work.

The resort is nestled amongst native coastal pines and trees making for a lush, green, and shady atmosphere. The suite felt like a little home away from home. The indoor water park is a ton of fun for adults and kids alike.

The only thing I did not like is that is that I did not book a longer stay. I wish I could have spent time in the arcade, or used the paddle boats on the lake.

The place was very comfortable. It is easy to get in and out of. I liked the access to private parking at the beach. It took all the stress and worry out of going to the beach knowing that I would have somewhere to park. When my kids got bored with the beach we went to the indoor pool. They had fun swimming and playing on the water sides while I had time to relax in the giant hot tub and keep an eye on them. We didn't use the outdoor pool because our kids get sun burned easily. The indoor pool was great.

I didn't like the pressure to attend a sales presentation as soon as we checked in. I was assured that it was not a time share presentation but an information session about the other properties that Hilton owns. It came with all the standard sales tactics of giving you a $300 gift card and lots of points etc. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it's a duck. No one gives you free money like this unless there is a catch. We opted out and didn't attend.

Lots of space.

No shower gel or shampoo in the room. It took an hour for the shower gel to arrive and there was no shampoo available. Sheets for sleeper sofa not of quality expected. Some stains on the sofa. Bar closed at 6pm so we had to drive to get food.

Everything was really nice and clean. The kids loved the pool and the water park. I really enjoyed doing the paddle boat with my grandkids.

it’s a beautiful place to go with our family, it has a private way to the beach.

you can easily hear the neighbor next door. I felt uncomfortable because the person next door was talking so loud on the phone.

The location is very convenient and it is a beautiful place.

I got bedbug bites and ended up in urgent care for an allergic reaction. The staff was friendly when I let them know what happened but essentially didn't do anything at all.

The staff was friendly and informative. The facilities were better than expected. There were plenty of activities to participate in, especially geared to keep children occupied with crafts, the game room, Waterpark, paddleboats, and playground equipment. We were at the beach but really, there was enough to do that the only reason to leave the resort was for food and to go to the store.

The neighbors. Unfortunately, we were placed next to loud people, but it was a minor inconvenience.

Rooms were excellent. Pool was fantastic ona cold rainy day.

WiFi should be included in the price of room. The extra charge for the "little" things is ridiculous.

We loved the activities available to do on the property!

One of the lodge workers was a bit rough towards my children when she accused them of doing something that they promise me they didn’t do and I believe them.
