The front desk reception was always friendly. The rooms were clean. The pool was great to have this summer and service there was nice.

Light came in the room. There was also one blind that had a hole. We did not tell reception though. The food at the pool was limited.

The location was ideal for that we were doing. The atmosphere was delightful and the staff were knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

The price was a little high for me personally. I’m not sure it’s a 500$ a night hotel, but overall it was a great experience.

Breakfast was over priced and small quantity. Elevator did not work and we’re trapped in the room for hours. Horrible experience

The location is perfect. we always have a comfortable stay here.

Paid valet. Last time we were here it was self park in the lot. I ended up self parking on the street but you have to set an alarm to pay more time in the app.

The lobby and the activities that are free in the lobby (board games, silver ball mania arcade game, kareoke, etc.)

The book reading light in our room that every bed had was broken for one and was not fixed during the stay. The TV in our room was also not working at all and although they tried was not fixed during the stay.

Loved the record players in the rooms and the Tuesday piano nights felt like a free concert with incredible singers and a pianist. Staff was also excellent. Everyone was so helpful and kind. They seemed like a tight knit crew too

Record collection is deceiving. Lots of empty record cases. Took a while to find ones with records in them and then records that I liked. Reorganization of them and maybe a sign in sheet so that they can track their records and get them returned.

the lobby area was wonderful, and had live music and entertainment even on week nights. games and books to read in lobby, as well as records to pick from to take to your room. each room has a record player in it. rooms were super super clean. staff was helpful.

they call it a resort and charge a resort fee, which is truly unacceptable. their pool is in a parking lot pretty much. there’s a pool bar and rooftop bar, I think that’s why they’re comfortable calling it a resort. unfair, to be honest.

Room was nice and clean Good bathroom size and we like that they preserve our environment by using refillable shower wash and shampoo instead of giving out plastic toiletries.

Lobby and pool facilities are solid.

Rooms can use updating and would be nice if they were bigger, although bathrooms were VERY large.

Layout modern and appealing. Would have gone to the boardwalk/ beach across the street were it not winter
