I liked the location and the size of the room.

The breakfast was horrible. Oatmeal wasn’t cooked, you know half of it was leftover from the day before. Really bad and that’s something I look forward to when staying at a hotel.

Cleanliness of facilities.

Breakfast was unreliable at times. Sometimes there was food out and other times nothing was available during breakfast time.

The room was great. The breakfast and coffee were very good. Personnel there were friendly and efficient.

The charging on my credit card was confusing. On July 6 was a charge for $50 and $350.95. On July 8 there were also charges of $300.95 and $350.95. I called July 10 and had to leave a message. I did not get a call back. The next day I called again. No one was available again, so I left another message to have someone call me back. Again, no one returned my call. I finally called the Hilton rewards number, and they were able to connect me with someone at the Hampton in Fond du Lac, WI. I was curtly told the other charges will drop off. A couple have, but the $300.95 is still pending on my American Express card, even though American Express paid them the $350.95 a few days ago.

Not too much. The staff were the main problem, most seemed to have no interest in the job apart from the breakfast lady, who was nice.

The general condition of housekeeping. The lobby gents toilet, with overflowing bins, no toilet paper (over many hours ) guest laundry inoperable overall very disappointing

Very clean and inviting. Breakfast was good.

Traffic noise all night. Take earplugs, ask for a room in the back of the hotel. Staff was nice but could be friendlier.

The hotel is clean and so are the rooms, which are quite spacious. The personnel was very kind and helpful.

The pool was closed for repair - apparently it has been for months!!! That would have been nice to know. Cheaper hotels in area with opened pools.
